well, friday night was my birthday party, and that was fun, we watched napoleon dynamite and had pizza and talked. about 10 people came. sweet!
sunday i went to a poetry reading at East Village Books. the main poet (Josh Boyd, who incidentally went to the same HS i went to) had copies of his poetry book for sale. i didn't buy one then, but later wished i had.
curiously enough, i saw him today at the student center here at school! i asked if he still had copies of his book on hand, and he did! i bought one.

plus, during the reading yesterday i wrote a little poetry of my own.
